We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving growth for our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a keen understanding of market trends, with experience in using software tools such as Salesforce to manage client interactions and track sales progress.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and networking.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products and services.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective outreach strategies that align with business goals.
Utilise Salesforce to track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and report on performance metrics.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent the company and expand professional connections.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities for growth.
Possesses strong business connections in the Middle East, with the ability to work in a hybrid capacity and travel regularly between the UK and the Middle East to support business growth and client engagement
Experience
Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within a related industry.
Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is highly desirable.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for persuasive presentation.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A degree in business administration or a related field is advantageous but not essential.
