Job Description

Identifying new business opportunities:

Actively research potential clients, participate in networking events, and leverage referrals to find new leads.

Building client relationships:

Cultivate strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and pain points.

Creating and presenting solutions:

Develop and present compelling proposals, demonstrating how the company's products or services can address client needs.

Negotiating contracts and closing deals:

Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to finalize sales and achieve revenue targets.

Collaborating with internal teams:

Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align strategies and optimize sales efforts.

Analyzing market trends and competition:

Stay informed about market dynamics and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and adapt strategies.

Tracking performance and reporting:

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), such as lead conversion and pipeline growth, to assess their effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
Skills and Qualifications:

Sales and negotiation skills:

Need to be adept at identifying and pursuing leads, building rapport with clients, and closing deals.

Communication and interpersonal skills:

They must be able to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Analytical and strategic thinking:

Need to analyze market data, identify trends, and develop effective sales strategies.

Relationship management:

Should be able to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

Problem-solving and decision-making:

Need to be able to identify and resolve issues that may arise during the sales process.

Time management and organization:

Need to manage their time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
