To support our continued growth, we're on the lookout for a driven, commercially-minded Business Development Executive to join the Tango Check team and help accelerate our growth and strengthen our market position.

The Opportunity
As our Business Development Executive, you'll take the lead on identifying, developing, and securing new business partnerships by showcasing how our team and systems deliver results, trust and compliance to some of the UK's most respected businesses.
You'll have full ownership of your pipeline, from research and outreach through to closing and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth
Research and engage with potential clients to identify new opportunities.
Build a strong, progressive pipeline of qualified prospects.
Deliver engaging proposals and presentations to key decision-makers.
Lead a balanced outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn and represent the company at networking events and trade shows.
Brand & Relationship Building
Manage and enhance our presence on LinkedIn and other platforms.
Craft authentic, value-led content that engages our target market.
Develop lasting client relationships built on trust, responsiveness, and insight.
Collaboration & Strategy
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service excellence.
Provide actionable feedback from the market to help refine our proposition.
Contribute ideas and improvements to our overall business development strategy.
About You
You're a confident communicator who builds rapport naturally, you are strategic and persistent in creating results.
You'll bring:
Proven success in B2B sales or business development (ideally services or professional sectors).
A proactive, consultative approach to selling.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
The confidence to engage new prospects and the resilience to follow through.
Experience using CRM systems and managing pipelines.
Self-motivation and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Desirable:
Experience selling professional services or compliance-related solutions.
Understanding of employment vetting, HR services, or aviation sectors.
