We are seeking a Proactive Business Development Executive to join a modern hotel with conference facilities for up to 100 delegates.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and grow business in corporate, conference, and leisure markets across the local and UK landscape.
Focus on generating revenue from corporate accommodation and meeting room bookings.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive volume and repeat business.
Engage in proactive and reactive field sales, account management, and local marketing initiatives.
Ideal Candidate:
Experience: Proven hotel sales background within the 3 or 4-star hotel sector.
Relationship Skills: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients in corporate, conference, and leisure markets.
Sales Passion: A driven individual with a passion for uncovering and developing new business opportunities, including untapped market segments.
Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Nottingham area
