Humana Ltd. is a creative start up based in Doncaster city centre. We operate across multiple brands, offering broadband comparison services to both residential and business clients, alongside a range of agency services focused on building and scaling modern brands.

Role Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The role is central to driving revenue growth, developing partnerships, and expanding our market presence through consultative sales activity.

Salary and Working Hours

The role is based on a 35 hour working week with a one hour unpaid lunch break each day. The starting base salary is therefore 20,800 per year. Following six consecutive months of hitting agreed performance targets, the base salary increases to 32,000 per year, based on a slightly longer 40 hour working week, reflecting the broader responsibility and ownership that comes with the role at that stage.

OTE of 50,000 is continent on achieving the salaray increase from Month seven.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to grow the company's customer base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Lead negotiations and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to align commercial strategy.
- Manage key accounts and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and pipeline activity.
- Potientially attend networking events and industry meetings.

This role would suit someone who enjoys building relationships, is comfortable taking ownership of revenue targets, and wants to grow alongside a business that is still shaping how it operates and scales.

Reports to Client Services Director.

Leads will be provided, but we would also be open to a plan for you to generate at least some of your own leads.
