Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving growth within the organisation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the sales process and have experience with software solutions, particularly Salesforce. Your ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively will be key to your success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:



Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and strategic networking. Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and deliver customized solutions. Conduct engaging product presentations and software demonstrations to showcase value propositions. Partner with the marketing team to develop and execute lead generation strategies. Craft and present persuasive proposals that align with client objectives and requirements. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using Salesforce, ensuring timely follow-ups. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility and expand professional networks. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to uncover new growth opportunities.

Requirements:



Experience:

Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably in the software/tech sector.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms (preferred).

Core Competencies:

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers. Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities. Self-motivated with the ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment. Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 25,000.00-32,000.00 per year
