HCR - Healthcare Recruiters Ltd are currently looking for a Business Development Executive to spearhead the growth of our client portfolio, which has been operational for over 25 years within the UK. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the sales process and have experience with Salesforce software to manage leads and customer interactions effectively.
Responsibilities
Growing and developing the current Accounts- liaising with Key Stakeholders in the NHS and the Private Sector
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and network with potential clients.
Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong understanding of the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
