At Exposure Ninja, we specialise in multi-channel digital marketing, selling SEO, Content Marketing, Paid Media, Branding, Website Design and Development.

We're looking for a driven and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our growing sales team. This role focuses on prospecting into the legal, healthcare, and financial services sectors with the goal of generating Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) for our Sales Consultants. You'll use a blend of email outreach, telephone calls, and social selling to identify, warm up, and qualify new opportunities.

Our Business Development Executive's key focuses will be:



Generate new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting. Use a variety of channels including email, cold calling, and LinkedIn to find and qualify potential clients. Book qualified meetings for Sales Consultants by understanding the leads needs and ensuring a requirement for Exposure Ninjas service offerings Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and conversion.

Our Business Development Executives are responsible for:



Meeting monthly SQL targets through proactive outbound outreach. Managing your prospecting pipeline using HubSpot CRM and keeping it up to date. Researching target companies and decision-makers to craft personalised and relevant outreach. Using creative and strategic approaches to get in front of hard-to-reach leads.Collaborating with digital marketing specialists to understand service offerings and prospect pain points. Keeping up with industry trends and competitor activity where applicable

To be successful in this role, you will need:



1-2 years in a sales, lead generation, or business development role. Proven experience with cold calling, email outreach, and social selling. Ability to generate your own pipeline and consistently hit targets. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with CRM software (preferably HubSpot). Highly organised, proactive, and self-motivated. Confidence to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Preferred:



Experience prospecting into the legal, healthcare, or financial sectors. Good understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Content Marketing, Web Development). Prior agency experience or understanding of how digital marketing agencies operate.

Salary:



27,000

Commission:

Uncapped but a realistic target for the first year would be 5,000 - 10,000

Location:



This is a remote position, but occasional travel to London for team meetups may be required.

Hours:

This is a full-time UK permanent position of 40 hours per week, including paid breaks. You will be required to be available Mon - Fri for 5 hours between the hours of 9am and 5pm GMT. The remaining hours are flexible.
