Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to join a global leader in Superyacht recruitment. We are looking for a full-time, fully remote Business Development Executive. We are looking for a proactive, emotionally intelligent individual who has a proven track record of driving results.



The key responsibilities of the Business Development Executive:

Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients. Following up and convert warm leads. Maintain and update the CRM system. Willingness to travel on the occasion to meet with clients and attend industry events.

The Successful Applicant



The successful Business Development Executive:

Must have a minimum of 2 year of experience in business development, sales, or a related field. Have a high level of emotional intelligence Be organised, personable and self motivated Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue and profitability. Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Professionalism and integrity in all interactions and dealings. Ideally has a Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or related field however, not essential.
