Flixapay UK Limited is searching for a highly energetic and results oriented Junior Business Development Manager to join our expansion in the UK. This is an essential B2B new business acquisition role focused on generating pipeline and securing new clients through proactive, high volume phone outreach to the SME and Mid Market corporate sector.

The Role: New Business Acquisition Specialist

Your primary mission is to generate new business by proactively targeting and onboarding corporate clients for our cross-border payments, FX hedging, and banking solutions.

Proactive Phone Outreach: Lead the way in generating new business through high-volume phone calls to autonomously build pipeline and secure meetings with C-level executives and Finance Directors within SME and Mid Market companies.

Targeted Campaigns: Execute independent research and strategic outreach campaigns to drive the growth of the Flixapay brand across the UK.

Consultative Sales: Apply a strategic approach to deeply understand a client's business, financial strategy, and international trade needs to position our comprehensive lending, cash management, FX hedging, and payment products.

Collaboration: Work closely with senior sales teams and the Country Head to ensure a smooth transition and successful closure of complex deals, driving directly towards your OTE.

Sales Discipline: Maintain a disciplined sales process using Salesforce to accurately track, report, and manage all client contact and pipeline activities.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

We're looking for an ambitious and resilient individual who can demonstrate exceptional commercial drive.

Essential: Absolute confidence and a proven aptitude for success in a high volume, proactive phone-based sales environment.Target Driven: A fierce desire to meet and exceed sales quotas and an aptitude for developing effective sales strategies and tactics.

Communication: First-class communication skills, able to quickly build rapport and win commitment from senior financial decision makers.

Financial Acumen (Ideal): Experience in a financial services or B2B sales environment (e.g., commercial banking, FX specialist, FinTech) is highly advantageous.

Energy & Motivation: The proven ability to bring passion, energy, and relentless motivation to the sales floor every single day.

Education: Ideally, a business or finance academic background.
