Office Bridge Group is expanding and we're on the lookout for an ambitious, confident Business Development Executive to join our growing sales team.
If you've got at least 12 months of B2B sales experience, love building relationships, and want to work in a company that genuinely values its people and its customers -- this could be the role for you.
About the Role
You'll be responsible for reaching out to new businesses, understanding their needs, and introducing them to the wide range of products and services we offer.
This role is perfect for someone who's eager to develop in their sales career -- you'll be supported by an experienced Sales Director, admin team, and training that helps you build confidence and close deals.
You'll be focused on:
Generating new leads
Following up inbound and warm leads
Re-engaging lapsed customers
Introducing Office Bridge Group to local businesses
Managing your pipeline and building long-term customer relationships
What You'll Be Doing
Calling, emailing, and messaging local businesses to introduce our services
Visiting clients or prospects with the Sales Director as part of your development
Qualifying leads and booking meetings or generating quotes
Following up on email campaigns, CRM activity, and website leads
Building relationships with new and existing customers
Promoting our full product and service range:
Office supplies
Furniture
Print & promotional items
Branded workwear & uniforms
Hygiene products & janitorial supplies
Subscription services (e.g. shredding, water coolers, managed print)
Logging all activity in
Prima CRM
Working towards monthly targets and earning commission as you grow
What We're Looking For
1+ year of B2B sales or business development experience
Confident on the phone and in person
Willing to learn, take initiative, and ask questions
Friendly, approachable, and comfortable speaking to decision-makers
Motivated by results and growing your income
Organised, reliable, and good at following up leads
Familiar with using a CRM or sales system (training provided)
