Here at Out of Bounds, We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships and driving the growth of our company. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of sales strategies and demonstrate proficiency in using software.
Duties
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Collaborate with the team to create targeted campaigns that drive lead generation.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, tickets and events.
Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify areas for growth and improvement.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and present findings to senior management
Skills
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills to assess market data and make informed decisions.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving results.
