About the role





As a New Business Development Executive, you'll play a vital role in driving Westfield Health's growth by generating and qualifying new business leads. This role is all about proactive outreach; using a mix of phone, email and social channels to connect with prospects, understand their needs and spark their interest in our health and wellbeing solutions.



Working within the Marketing Team, you'll be responsible for delivering outbound activity that creates sales opportunities, nurtures relationships and feeds the pipeline with high-quality leads. You'll also collaborate closely with Sales to ensure a smooth handover and support ongoing campaign optimisation.



We are looking for people to join our team who have experience in working in B2B environment and have the confidence to build a natural rapport with people.

Key Responsibilities



Conduct daily outbound activities including phone calls, emails and social media outreach, to identify and engage decision-makers, build interest and qualify leads. Follow-up on inbound leads, and re-engage prospects who have shown interest, with an opportunity-first mindset, using open questions to qualify needs and buying intent. Qualify leads based on agreed criteria, to maximise conversion rates and schedule appointments to connect leads with the right sales team member. Use marketing automation tools and CRM systems to track engagement, qualify leads and ensure database accuracy. Use insights and data to collate email and social media nurture copy, in order to improve engagement from leads. Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to review performance, share feedback and continually refine outreach approaches. Take ownership of your success by tracking performance metrics, reporting on outcomes, and sharing insights to continuously improve outreach and engagement.


Skills and Experience




Strong understanding of the B2B buying process, with experience in lead generation, qualification, and nurturing. A people-person - you'll be able to quickly establish rapport and communicate with a range of professionals while influencing decision makers and combatting objections. Confidence to handle both inbound enquiries and proactive outbound prospecting via the phone, email and social media channels. Comfortable using data and insights to personalise messages and improve response rates, alongside the ability to maintain a brand tone. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence to engage a variety of professionals. High levels of organisation and attention to detail, with resilience to juggle priorities and maintain accuracy. The ability to proactively manage your own time, meet deadlines, and think creatively whilst also having a commercial focus. Keen interest in outbound sales and lead generation, with motivation to meet goals and grow professionally.
