Role Information




We have an exciting opportunity for individuals to join us in our growing Apprenticeship Sales team!


We are on the look out for motivated and self-driven individuals who thrive in a target driven environment.


You will be engaging with new clients promoting the value of apprenticeships and apprentices in the workplace.


It is essential that you have an excellent telephone manner, good work ethics and be eager to achieve within a target driven environment. We offer a full induction and training package to our new staff, so you will very quickly feel part of the team. The ideal candidates will be adaptable and have the ability to work under pressure, be proactive in their approach and be a great communicator with people at all levels! You will be able to identify and solve problems and prioritize your own workload, have great attention to detail and the ability to multitask.




DUTIES


Following up on enquiries from marketing

Promoting all available products via telephone and email to all prospects

Business to business tele sales

Manage enquiries from clients and provide appropriate support

Liaise with other internal departments to keep records up to date where appropriate

Manage and keep your own CRM system up to date

Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and external organisations

Ensure recruitment trackers are accurate and submitted as per agreed deadlines

To identify and engage in communication with local employment partnership groups to promote our services and identify opportunities

Attending careers events to promote Learning Curve Group

Effectively communicating with other staff members about day to day activities

Conduct your role in line with the company values and expected behaviours

Promote equal opportunities and recognition of diversity throughout the company

Comply with the Safeguarding, Prevent and Health and Safety Policies and be vigilant to potential concerns and risks at all times

Ensure confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Provide learners, customers and colleagues with support, advice guidance as part of your everyday role

Conduct your role in line with the company values and expected behaviours
