Services & Group Info
Our Access to Work Mental Health Support Service (AtW MHSS) provides support to individuals with mental health conditions to remain in work.??Our team of Health Professionals, all qualified & registered Counsellors and Psychologists, provide nine months of high-quality mental health support, advice and guidance, designed to help the individual to improve the management of their conditions and remain in employment.?
The service is funded by DWP and as part of the Able Futures partnership we deliver the AtW MHSS Programme across Wales and South-West England. We have engaged with thousands of SME and large employers, supporting individuals whose mental health is affecting their employment retention.
We also hold several contracts on behalf of the Welsh Government, including the delivery of funded clinical interventions for employees working within SMEs.
In addition, CASE-UK is a CPD Accredited Training Provider, delivering professional development programmes that upskill employees, build resilience, and promote mental wellbeing across the workforce.
CASE-UK is part of a wider group of organisations in the UK owned by The BUSY Group UK. All entities within the group operate on a not-for-profit basis, with a strong emphasis on high performance to generate surplus for reinvestment in services that support and improve communities.

Purpose of Role
You will be joining CASE-UK at an exciting time of growth and opportunity. As a Business Development Executive, your role will involve generating and closing business leads and partnerships across the UK for our Access to Work Mental Health Support Service.
The main objective of this role is to target businesses and individuals to generate referrals into the Access to Work service. In addition, the individual will be expected to promote the wider group offering, including health and training services delivered across our wider business offer. Over time, this role is intended to develop into a broader commercial sales function, supporting the organisation's goals for growth in employment, training, and health service delivery.
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining existing relationships, managing accounts for further development, and identifying long-term business opportunities. You will actively market our services to businesses within your allocated geographical region and work to generate consistent monthly referrals. This includes lead generation, attending networking events, promoting services through social media, delivering presentations to business leaders and staff, and collaborating closely with the wider teams.
Working Hours/Days
Full Time 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday (Part-time applicants will be considered)
Annual Leave
Annual leave entitlement 22 days per year plus statutory holidays based on full time hours + Birthday day off + Wellbeing day.

Main Duties
Responsibility and accountability for the generation of referrals for our Access to Work contract.
Liaise with external stakeholders where necessary e.g. Able Futures Marketing and Sales team.
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Represent our organisation professionally and passionately at all times in adherence to our core values.
Maintain and update account information and records
Co-ordinate sales efforts with sales colleagues and communicate effectively with key departments.
Generate new business and leads through cold calling, targeted outreach, and effective relationship building and networking opportunities.
Target community groups and avenues for large outreach to groups of people
Present the service to businesses and their staff via video link or face-to-face presentations.
Attend marketing and industry events.
Provide accurate leads and forecasting.
Analyse local areas and business sectors for opportunities and trends.
Attend management and sales meetings where required.
Work collaboratively with the marketing department for promotional materials and marketing.
Promote the wider service offering of the business
Support the development of new commercial opportunities across training, employment, and health services, contributing to the long-term growth strategy of the organisation.
Monitor and share feedback from employers and individuals to help refine messaging, service delivery, and partnership engagement.
Essential Criteria
o Proven work experience in a Sales role
o Excellent knowledge of MS Office
o Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales

Training
The employee will receive a thorough induction and training plan in the first 2 weeks of the role to ensure they are fully supported with the requirements of the role and understand the wider business operations fully.
