Job Summary


We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executives, who specialise within the freight and logistics industry . The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving the growth of our company. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. Familiarity within the supply chain industry, will be advantageous.

Duties



Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and networking. Managing telesales campaigns and working to KPIs and Targets Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products and services. Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective strategies for lead generation. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in Salesforce. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our brand and expand professional connections. Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and product development.

Experience



Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within the Supply chain or Logistics industry Strong understanding of supply chain processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment. Motivated to be on the phone and driven enough to achieve results Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and develop strategic plans accordingly. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. This position will be office based Part time hours can be offered High bonus earning potential
