Summary

Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the tile flooring market
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies
Utilize Salesforce and CRM software for tracking leads and managing customer interactions
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients
Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively
Monitor industry developments to inform business strategies
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the flooring or construction industry
Strong proficiency in Salesforce and CRM software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Strong analytical skills with a results-oriented mindset
Knowledge of the tile flooring market is an advantage
