Job Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Executive who is passionate about TikTok, livestream e-commerce, and digital partnerships. This role focuses on identifying and onboarding new clients, understanding their needs, and working closely with internal specialist teams to ensure successful execution.
You will act as a bridge between clients and internal departments, aligning resources from livestream operations, content production, creator/influencer management, advertising, and store operations.
Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Client Acquisition
Identify and approach potential brand partners that are a fit for TikTok Shop and livestream commerce
Research and qualify leads through various sources (TikTok trends, marketplaces, industry tools)
Present solutions and pitch services tailored to each client's goals
Negotiate terms and close new business deals
Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and achieve monthly outreach goals
2. Client Relationship Management
Maintain ongoing relationships with signed clients, acting as a trusted point of contact for business needs
Track and follow up on contract execution, renewal timelines, and agreed deliverables
Monitor invoicing and payment status in coordination with the finance team to ensure smooth transactions
Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities with existing clients
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
Work with livestream team, content team, creator managers, advertising specialists, and store operators to align client expectations
Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders to support campaign preparation and performance reviews
Ensure internal alignment on timelines, deliverables, and client-specific needs
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in
Business Development
, Sales, or Strategic Partnerships
Background in
TikTok
, influencer marketing, livestream e-commerce, or digital agencies
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Ability to work across teams and manage multiple conversations simultaneously
Self-motivated, persistent, and comfortable in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
