Job Description

Oxford Economics, a leading global economic and real estate research and consultancy firm, is looking to hire a highly motivated and ambitious candidate to drive sales across the real estate sector. Their territory will be covering subscription sales across UK and Europe.

As the UK Real Estate BDE, you are responsible for generating subscription business to new prospects across the territory though a mixture of cold outreach, warm leads, events and campaigns and networking.

Target firms include Investment Managers, Real Estate Advisory Firms, Pension Funds, Family offices, and Private Equity. This position will be an integral part of Oxford's growth plans for EMEA and is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing company at the forefront of the industry.
Key Responsibilities


Key Responsibilities


Through market analysis, identify key individuals within real estate companies in the territory and establish relationships with the purpose of arranging meetings and demonstrations of the MyOxford platform. Proactively source new leads through market research, prospect intelligence, and identifying key decision-makers. Drive outbound outreach through cold calls, emails, marketing campaigns, and manage inbound inquiries, while also leveraging existing client relationships. Understand client needs and support in delivering tailored, solution-focused proposals. Collaborate with the wider sales team to generate leads and make use of real estate sales tools and resources. Track and manage sales activity and pipeline using Salesforce, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. Represent the company at industry conferences and events to build networks and keep abreast of market trends. Coordinate with the global real estate business development team to identify cross-border opportunities and support international sales initiatives.

Internal Collaboration & Communication


Ensure all contact details of new leads and prospects are recorded in Salesforce as well as all outcomes from meetings and calls are recorded through Oxford's internal CRM systems. Liaise with Marketing on invites for webinars and events. Follow up on marketing campaigns to sell various subscription services. Help organise, and where needed manage marketing events to raise brand profile and increase sales opportunities. Liaise as appropriate with other regional and global real estate sales heads to identify sales opportunities, manage existing real estate clients and support cross-border sales as required. Provide feedback and suggest product improvements to product teams, based on client interaction and competitor analysis Skills, Knowledge & Expertise


Required:


Proven experience in meeting setting in the data and information services market, preferably within the institutional real estate sector. A strong track record of achieving or exceeding targets, with a minimum of 2 years of experience. Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution. Highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in Salesforce, SalesLoft, Lusha and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent presentation and written communication skills. Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset. Collaborative and team focused. Fluency in English, other European languages a plus - German or French would be beneficial.

Preferred:


Existing network within UK or EMEA real estate firms. Experience in research, economics, or business-related sales. Comfortable conducting sales both virtually and in-person. Prior experience selling into international markets, especially across EMEA.
