We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and enhancing our market presence. This position requires a proactive approach to sales and an ability to leverage software tools, particularly Salesforce, to manage leads and track performance effectively.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through phone calls, emails and face to face meetings either by MS Teams or in person.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our products and services.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective lead gen campaigns
Utilise software to manage sales pipelines, track customer interactions, and report on performance metrics.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent the company and expand professional connections.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential threats and opportunities.
Provide feedback from clients to improve product offerings and customer service.
Requirements
Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within a relevant industry.
Proficiency in using CRM software is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Excellent negotiation skills with a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for tracking performance metrics.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to adapt strategies as needed.
