The Role
We're looking for
two proactive Business Development Executives
to join our growing team. This is an
internally based, outbound sales role
where your focus will be generating new business opportunities and building strong, long-term client relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
Outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to win new business.
Developing relationships with decision-makers and closing deals.
Re-engaging lapsed accounts and converting marketing leads.
Consistently hitting and exceeding KPIs for calls, conversations, quotes, and wins.
Using our CRM to manage your pipeline and track performance.
About You
We're looking for hungry, ambitious sales professionals who thrive on results. You will have:
Proven
B2B sales experience
(phone-based preferred).
Confidence, resilience, and a target-driven mindset.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to generate your own leads and close business.
Good organisational skills and CRM experience.
Courier/logistics experience (preferred but not essential).
