What You'll Be Doing
Convert interest into opportunity
- Respond to website enquiries and turn them into lasting business relationships.
Reach out and reconnect
- Contact lapsed customers and spark new conversations.
Engage on social
- Connect with potential clients via LinkedIn, Microsoft Teams and other platforms.
Lead smart marketing activity
- Collaborate with our marketing team to deliver engaging email campaigns, newsletters, and promotions.
Telephone profiling
- Get to know our clients through direct calls, digging into their needs and spotting opportunities.
Grow our global footprint
- Help expand our reach in the UK and internationally through smart, proactive engagement.
What Success Looks Like
Growing and nurturing a solid pipeline of leads and prospects
Turning cold contacts into warm opportunities through great conversations
Developing quality customer profiles and insights
Driving engagement and results from marketing activities
Increasing conversion from web traffic and inbound enquiries
About You
We're looking for someone with energy, curiosity, and drive. You'll thrive here if you're:
