Overview


We are seeking a motivated and dynamic BDM to join our team. This is a 20% commission plus retainer on all sales based role. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a strong desire to drive sales. As BDM, you will play a crucial role in engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their safety & security. This position requires excellent communication skills, self motivation and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Our Fire Safety services are required by ALL business both for legal and insurance purposes as per Fire Law Scotland 2005. Therefore the scope & size of potential new clients is as great as it could be. There is also the private sector which is where our security & renewable solutions are in high demand offering security & cost saving energy solutions for homes providing peace of mind and offering real cost savings whilst reducing their carbon footprint.

Responsibilities



Engage with new customers to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations. Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits to customers. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance overall store performance. Stay informed about promotions, new products, and industry trends to provide relevant information to customers.

Skills



Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele. Proven sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining product displays and inventory levels. Flexible working hours. Overview of Job



You will work your own hours decided by youself reporting weekly to our HQ in Ardrossan. You will earn a retainer fee of 12K plus a fantastic 20% commission on all sales generated by you. Our service engineers span West through the central belt to the East so its an open field regards area of business opportunities. Our services are required by ALL business both legally & insurable. Our bespoke contract is what company's need. They just need to know about it which is where you come in!
