GRE Growth, part of the GRE Group, is expanding. We're looking for a driven
Business Development Manager
to lead growth initiatives, build client relationships, and shape the future of our business across construction, groundworks, and civils.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver GRE Growth's business development and sales strategy.
Identify new markets, clients, and sectors while maintaining strong relationships with key partners.
Lead prospecting, proposals, bids, and high-level presentations to win new business.
Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic opportunities including M&A, partnerships, and cross-group synergies.
Work with marketing to strengthen brand presence and represent GRE Growth at industry events.
Provide accurate forecasts, market insights, and performance reports to the executive team.
Mentor and support sales professionals, driving best practice and continuous improvement.
About You
Proven track record in business development, ideally within construction, civils, or related industries.
Strong commercial awareness and strategic mindset.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience managing bids/tenders and exposure to partnerships or M&A is desirable.
Proactive, resilient, and motivated by results.
