Duties



Develop and implement effective strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders Conduct market research to stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimise outreach initiatives Utilise CRM software like Salesforce to track leads, manage contacts, and monitor sales pipelines Analyse sales data to identify trends and inform strategic planning Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the organisation's services

Requirements



Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within a similar industry Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce and other CRM tools Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team A proactive approach with a results-oriented mindset Relevant degree or professional qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields is desirable
