Hours - Full-time standard hours (37.5 hours) Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:30 inclusive of a 60-minute unpaid break
Contract - Permanent with a 6-month probation period

Working with of one of Bristol's fast-growing technology companies, your role will be to generate leads and close sales from several of our different product lines, predominately focussing cyber security, cloud and Software.
The role:
We are currently looking for a talented B2B business development manager to identify, qualify, develop and close leads from within our potential Bristol and London client base.
The day to day role will be based around direct B2B prospecting in the Bristol and London areas (cross sector) generating and qualifying leads, database and CRM management and closing sales.

To be considered for this exciting role, you will possess previous sales and/or telesales experience, preferably gained in the B2B / Technology sector.
You will be self-motivated and strive to meet targets and display an abundance of enthusiasm, positivity, and resilience.
An existing interest in, or knowledge of the technology industry would be an advantage.

Objectives of the role:
Identifying and qualifying decision maker interest in a product line.
Managing qualified leads through the sales pipeline.
Manage all sales follow up admin / CRM activity / emails / appointments
Self-manage your own productivity to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Achieving sales objectives as agreed with management
Maintain a reasonable knowledge of Stripe OLT's range of products and services, competitor and business drivers.
Prospecting for new business
Maintaining appropriate pipeline
Recording all activity and opportunities in the CRM system
Working effectively with other internal departments
Timely and accurate forecasting
The successful Candidate will have the following:
Previous proven B2B technology sales experience is essential.
Knowledge of the IT and technology sector would be essential to the role.
Telesales experience essential
positive attitude and be able to work well under pressure and strive to meet targets.
You must have the ability to build rapport with prospects and represent the company and products well.
You will be proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work with and without supervision.
