Business Development Manager
to join our expanding team and play a key role in our next stage of growth across the UK.

The Role
This is a hybrid role, with your base at our
Coventry Head Office
and travel across the UK to meet customers and prospects. You will take the lead in driving new business, developing relationships, and enhancing our brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities across all service areas
Nurture existing client relationships to maximise satisfaction and retention
Support in preparing quotes, proposals and tender submissions
Lead the company's social media strategy and content output
Collaborate with marketing on website improvements and SEO strategy
Represent KB Transport at meetings, events, and site visits nationwide
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in business development within
logistics, transport, or warehousing
Strong communication and customer relationship skills
Confident using CRM tools to manage sales pipelines and customer data
Good working knowledge of
social media platforms
(especially LinkedIn), with an eye for brand-building and lead generation
Experience with websites, SEO, and digital marketing tools
preferred but not essential
Full
UK driving licence
required
