From 35,000 base + uncapped commission (75k+ OTE realistic)

We're looking for a Business Development Manager to help drive the next stage of Sumillion's growth. You'll be given space to build your own client base, supported by an award-winning team, strong vendor relationships, and standout sustainability credentials.

You'll be expected to bring ideas, energy, and ambition. You'll work across data centre, cloud, networking, security, and help shape how we sell them.

What you'll be doing:

Build the client base, outreach, meetings, referrals Managing full deal cycles from first call to close Spotting cross-sell opportunities across the whole portfolio Supporting and being supported by specialist BDEs in cloud, security and data centre Contributing ideas to our go-to-market plans and campaigns Working directly with vendor and distributor contacts to win business Hitting and exceeding your monthly and quarterly targets
What we're looking for:

3+ years in IT sales (VAR, MSP or distribution) You've owned a number and smashed it Experience selling servers, storage, cloud, or networking Confident with cold outreach; but strong at building long-term relationship Tech-savvy, commercially smart, and client-focused You take ownership, and push things forward without being asked Someone who wants to help shape the future of the business and not just ride the wave
