We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a keen understanding of market trends. Familiarity with software solutions, particularly Salesforce, is highly desirable.
Duties
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products and services.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in Salesforce.
Provide regular reports on business development progress to senior management.
Experience
Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within a related industry.
Strong understanding of software solutions; experience with Salesforce is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on results-driven outcomes.
A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
