Job Summary


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager on behalf of one of our clients who are a B2B Data Information company. This role is pivotal in driving growth and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and business development, with proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM software. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and developing strategies to enhance our service offerings.

Responsibilities



Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and outreach efforts via various methods including phone, email, social media platforms and face to face. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business strategies and objectives. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products and services. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities. Utilise software platforms to track leads, manage client interactions, and report on sales activities. Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company's brand and expand professional networks.

Experience



Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within a data and marketing services capacity. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Must have passion and drive to sell on a net new basis, with a consultative manner. Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans that drive growth and improve market positioning. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid role:

Working a minimum of 2 days office based (G71).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 40,000.00-60,000.00 per year
