We help Scottish property owners get fast, certain sales through our online auction Our number one source of quality seller leads is referrals from estate agents, letting agents and property professionals. We are now hiring someone who lives and breathes relationships to take full ownership of that channel. If you love being out on the road, walking into branches, shaking hands, building instant rapport and turning

this role is for you.

The role



Your mission is simple. Get more Scottish estate and letting agents referring us motivated sellers and keep them referring.

You will spend your days:



Visiting estate and letting agent branches across Scotland Attending property and business networking events Wining and dining key partners so they feel valued and looked afterDropping off goodies and referral packs so it is easy for partners to pass us business Staying close to existing referrers so we remain top of mind when a tricky property hits their desk Working tightly with our sales team so partners get fast feedback and see their referrals convert into fees

Day to day:



Out on the road three to four days a week meeting partners face to face Walking into ten to fifteen branches a day in the areas you cover Hosting coffees, lunches, dinners and follow up meetings Tracking activity and pipeline in our CRM Building long term relationships that turn into a steady flow of seller leads

Who you are:



Outgoing, memorable and naturally likeable Build rapport in seconds Confident walking into offices and starting conversations with complete strangersProven B2B sales or business development experience Property background is a huge plus, especially if you have worked at Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket or sold into estate agents Hungry for commission and competitive by nature Organised enough to follow up and nurture relationships properlyHold a full UK driving licence and happy to travel across Scotland consistently
