Duties
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the industry.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and service delivery.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.
Utilise Salesforce and other CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyse sales data.
Attend industry events and networking functions to promote the company's services.
Skills
Proven experience in business development or sales management.
Strong understanding of CRM software, particularly Salesforce.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
