What You'll Be Doing
You'll be responsible for both
new business development and client retention
, including:
Identifying and winning new healthcare clients
Building strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers
Managing and growing existing accounts
Understanding client needs and offering staffing solutions
Attending meetings, handling negotiations, and closing deals
Working closely with recruitment and operations teams
Being the main point of contact for your clients
You'll have ownership of your pipeline and freedom to work your patch properly.
