What You'll Be Doing



You'll be responsible for both

new business development and client retention

, including:

Identifying and winning new healthcare clients Building strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers Managing and growing existing accounts Understanding client needs and offering staffing solutions Attending meetings, handling negotiations, and closing deals Working closely with recruitment and operations teams Being the main point of contact for your clients
You'll have ownership of your pipeline and freedom to work your patch properly.

New clients are coming on consistently Existing clients stay, grow, and trust us You're seen as a reliable partner, not "just another agency" Revenue grows month on month Clients call you first when they need support
What We're Looking For

This role suits someone who:

Has experience in

healthcare recruitment or staffing sales

Is confident speaking with managers and senior decision-makers Understands that retention is as important as new business Is organised, driven, and comfortable working independently Communicates clearly and professionally Takes ownership and follows things through
