looking for an ambitious

Business Development Manager

to join our growing team.

This is a new role with open opportunity to create a sales process in your own style to achieve results. You'll take ownership, and focus on securing new clients, with a strong emphasis on self-generating leads. You will work on lead generation that fuel our sales pipeline and drive business growth. This will feature (but not limited to) - cold calling, email marketing, email automation, email prospecting and more.

Key Responsibilities



Handle

end-to-end sales

: prospecting, pitching, closing, and account handover.

Generate leads through online research, outbound outreach, and networking.

Present our services (Web Design, SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, App, CRM Development).

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Prepare proposals, quotes, and presentations for potential clients.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (6-10 closing monthly)

Work closely with project managers and marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding.

Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of lead generation strategies, using data-driven insights to refine and improve outreach over time.

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business growth & efforts, regularly reporting on progress and performance.

Requirements



Proven experience in

B2B sales at least 3+ years

, ideally in digital marketing or web development.

Excellent communication & negotiation skills.

Strong understanding of online marketing, websites, and CRM.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Confidence in conducting video meetings and sales presentations.

Job Type:

Full Time, work from office

Salary:

30,000- 35,000

Commission pays monthly (2.5% of any lead provided by the Lead Gen team. Lead generates and closed sale 5%, average deal size 10,000. Uncapped). Your Birthday off, every year. Nobody wants to work on their birthday! 29 days annual leave (including Bank Holidays + Birthday)
