Responsibilities

Lead negotiations and close deals to secure new business opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that generate leads.
Utilise Salesforce and other CRM software to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and analyse data for continuous improvement.
Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and reports for management review.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the organisation's services.
Experience
Proven track record in business development or sales roles within a similar industry.
Strong proficiency with Salesforce and CRM software tools.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Demonstrable success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
