Business Development Manager

to lead from the front.

What You'll Do



Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing Meet with business leaders to uncover opportunities and pitch tailored R&D solutions Lead sales huddles and drive performance across a growing outbound team Manage and optimise a strong B2B pipeline to hit and exceed targets Collaborate with marketing to refine lead-gen campaigns and outreach Oversee onboarding to ensure a seamless, high-touch client experience Deliver clear sales reporting and performance insights to leadership Consistently follow up and engage prospects with precision and purpose

What You Bring



Proven success in B2B sales or business development ideally in a fast-growth setting Strong pipeline management and a data-driven approach to closing deals Excellent communicator and natural relationship builder Confident handling of high-value negotiations and complex decision-makers Self-motivated, organised, and focused on results Full UK driving licence

Nice to Have



Experience in R&D tax, recruitment sales, or professional/financial services Work or educational experience in engineering, science or manufacturing is a HUGE bonus Background in consultative or solution-led selling
