Djuka Electrics is a growing solar installation company specialising in high-quality renewable energy solutions for residential and commercial clients. With increasing demand for solar energy, we are looking for a driven and results focused Business Development Manager to help expand our client base and grow the company.
Role Overview
As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, sourcing new clients, and building strong relationships that lead to long-term growth. This role is ideal for someone who is commercially savvy, self-motivated, and confident in developing leads into signed projects.
Key Responsibilities
Source and generate new leads for solar installation projects (residential and commercial)
Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, builders, and partners
Identify new market opportunities and growth strategies
Conduct meetings, site visits, and presentations with potential clients
Work closely with the installation and management teams to convert leads into completed projects
Prepare and negotiate proposals and contracts
Track sales activity and report on performance and pipeline growth
Represent Djuka Electrics professionally at networking events and industry functions
Key Requirements
Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and hit targets
Experience in solar, electrical, construction, or renewable energy industries (preferred but not essential)
Ability to build long-term client relationships
Valid driver's licence (if site visits are required)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 33,500.00-45,000.00 per year
