Business Development Manager
to support and accelerate new business development.
The Role
This is a new business-focused growth role responsible for identifying opportunities, opening new accounts, and
owning the full sales cycle from first contact through to deal closure
. You will target shopfitters, contractors, designers, and retail brands, helping to increase market share and strengthen our position as a preferred fabrication partner.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively generate and convert new business opportunities
Identify and target new customers within the retail and shopfitting sector
Manage the sales process end-to-end, including negotiation and closing
Build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
Work closely with estimating and production teams to support bids
Develop long-term relationships with newly won accounts
About You
Proven
hunter-style B2B sales experience
, consistently winning new business
Background in manufacturing, fabrication, shopfitting, or a related sector
Confident closing complex or project-based deals
Strong communication, negotiation, and prospecting skills
Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven
Full UK driving licence
