(Established Dealer Network Required)

Overview

We are seeking a

highly driven Business Development Executive with an existing and active car dealer network

to join our growing motor finance company. This role is suited to an experienced motor finance professional who can immediately introduce our products into their dealer base and drive funded volumes from day one.

The position combines business development, relationship management, and account growth. The role is predominantly telephone-based, with in-person dealer visits where commercially beneficial. Working hours are Monday to Friday, offering a competitive salary plus an attractive, performance-based commission structure.

Key Requirement

Applicants must have a proven, established network of UK car dealerships and the ability to onboard and generate business quickly.


Applications without an existing dealer network will not be considered.

Responsibilities

Leverage Existing Dealer Relationships:

Introduce our finance solutions into your current dealer network and drive immediate business growth.

Dealer Onboarding & Activation:

Efficiently onboard dealerships from your existing network, ensuring they are fully set up and actively submitting finance proposals.

Relationship Management:

Act as the main point of contact for your dealers, maintaining strong, long-term relationships and becoming their trusted finance partner.

Consultative Sales:

Understand each dealership's funding needs and match them with the most suitable lenders from our panel to achieve the best outcomes.

Account Growth:

Maximise volumes and revenue from your dealer base through proactive engagement, upselling, and identifying new opportunities.

Performance Delivery:

Consistently meet and exceed sales and funding targets through effective management of your dealer relationships.

Internal Collaboration:

Work closely with internal underwriting and operations teams to ensure smooth deal flow and issue resolution. Attend weekly in-office team meetings.

Commission pay up to 90k OTE Performance bonus Commision Only
