Key Result Areas:



Ignite growth by generating compelling business opportunities within all sectors that Staytite operates in. Forge lasting connections with prospective customers, utilising a proactive approach in responding to sales inquiries via phone, electronic channels, or face-to-face interactions. Build and maintain an in-depth understanding of our services by working closely with our sales and technical managers. Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports, and spearhead bid preparations in collaboration with department heads. Provide real-time insights into sales activities, implementing strategic follow-ups with management to ensure optimal results. Identify and capitalise on cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, enhancing customer value and driving increased revenue for Staytite. Skillfully negotiate commercial and contractual terms, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

Secondary and support Areas:



Elevate your networking prowess by actively participating in industry events and assist in the running of direct marketing activities to generate invaluable leads for Staytite. Conduct insightful market research, monitor competitors, and stay ahead of market conditions, promptly reporting changes to our dynamic management team. Demonstrate your versatility by willingly taking on any reasonable task as requested by members of our forward-thinking Management Team.

Key Attributes:



Showcase your attention to detail. Leverage your proficiency in IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Demonstrate exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
