Business Development Manager
to help drive our next phase of growth.
The Opportunity
We're seeking a dynamic, results?driven BDM to lead our market expansion across the region. You'll manage the full sales cycle -- from identifying new opportunities to securing high?value contracts -- and play a key role in shaping the future of our business.
What You'll Be Doing
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across commercial and corporate sectors, including offices, education, and healthcare.
Building and managing a strong sales pipeline through networking, research, and proactive outreach.
Delivering against clearly defined, measurable, and achievable performance targets.
Leading the tender and bid-writing process, creating compelling proposals tailored to each client.
Negotiating contracts and securing profitable new business.
Maintaining ongoing relationships with significant clients, ensuring contracts are renewed when they fall due and identifying opportunities for further growth.
Working closely with operations to ensure seamless onboarding of new contracts.
Developing and executing a strategic sales plan to exceed annual targets.
Who You Are
Experience driving business growth within soft FM services.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Evidence of strong bid?writing ability and experience securing new contracts.
Self?motivated, resilient, and able to work independently.
Excellent relationship?builder with a trustworthy, professional approach.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region.
Enhanced DBS certification required.
