Identifying target sectors and specific geographical areas to focus outbound activity
Engaging in regular, targeted prospecting using a full, multi-channel approach to market
Working closely with the marketing department to identify, develop and activate digital, physical, and experiential marketing activities
Identifying and attending Networking meetings to help grow your opportunity pipeline
Presenting professionally to customers in the way that suits them whether physically, digitally or on the phone in a consultative manner
Ensuring all prospects and customers have a cohesive, multi-channel and personalised contact strategy to maximise the One Toyota opportunity and build long term relationships
Utilising the Fleet CRM and internal systems to inform your conversations with customers
Updating details and adding all prospects and activities to the CRM in an accurate and timely manner
Working closely with people across the Group to identify referral opportunities
Connecting regularly with the relevant One Toyota Fleet team members at Toyota GB to ensure that they are aware of proactivity and mutual prospects
Ensuring all your actions and conversations are held within the confines of the regulatory framework but also using a customer 1st mindset
Working closely with the Group Business Centre Manager and Sales Support Coordinator to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting
Eligibility to work in the UK
A full UK driving licence
Flexibility to work hours required to carry out the role effectively and to travel to training sessions
What you'll need

Analytical and numerical skills
Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team

Fleet knowledge desirable but ability to learn the complexities quickly is essential
Organisation skills and time management essential
Experience working within a B2B sales environment preferable, but not essential
Previous Automotive experience preferable, but not essential
Good level of general education - at least GCSE English and Maths and ideally A-Levels or an equivalent qualification
