Duties

Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion.
Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs, demonstrating the value of our products/services.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness.
Utilise CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyse sales data for continuous improvement.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the organisation's offerings and expand professional networks.
Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management on progress towards targets.
Experience
Proven track record in business development or sales roles within a similar industry.
Experience using CRM software, particularly Salesforce or equivalent platforms.
Strong understanding of sales processes, client relationship management, and market analysis.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans that lead to measurable business growth.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present confidently at all levels of an organisation.
