Role Summary
The
Business Development Manager
will be responsible for supporting the company's growth plan and networking on our behalf to generate leads and opportunities for new clients. You'll focus on identifying and securing new business, developing strong client relationships, and ensuring repeat business. Initially, you'll adopt our current business development strategy, then help streamline and evolve it to meet the dynamic demands of the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new client opportunities across multiple sectors.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Network effectively to promote FSL Projects and secure new business.
Review and refine the business development strategy for flexibility and growth.
Collaborate closely with the Managing Director and project teams.
Deliver to agreed KPI's with SMART objectives
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in business development, ideally within construction or related sectors.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and shape a new role.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
