The role:



This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and driven business development professional within a forward-thinking digital business.

You will take our new

employer brand AI service

to market. We're unique in the market with this service. Within 18 months every employer in the UK will have an employer brand AI strategy but currently only 5% of employers have one in place. We're the only company offering a full solution giving us the chance to lead and own the market in this area. This an incredible opportunity for the business, and one we want you to commercialise.

You'll work with the Director to create and implement a business development plan that will build and expand our customer base. You'll proactively generate new leads through marketing activity, industry events and networking. You'll then meet and consult prospects, deliver a proposal and ultimately close those new prospects.

We plan to build a sales team of 5 within the next 18 months and if you are successful, you will lead that team.

In year 2 your earnings are potentially uncapped - your success will determine your own package. If you're as good as we want you to be, you'll become Sales Director and join the leadership team, directly influencing the strategy and direction of the business.

Your skills



You need to be:

1. Experienced in business development.

2. Intelligent -- you'll need to quickly understand technology and our solutions.

3. A strong and persuasive communicator - you need to be able to consult confidently on calls.

4. Able to write excellent written English - you need to be the proof-reader, not someone who needs to have copy proof-read.

5. Skilled in PowerPoint and Word -- you'll craft polished, professional presentations and proposals.

6. Organised -- able to manage multiple marketing projects, leads and prospects.

7. Driven - we want someone who will grasp this opportunity with both hands.

8. If you already understand digital marketing - SEO, PPC, analytics - or AI that's a great benefit.

Note: This is a hybrid role working 2 days in the office in the centre of Woking - we are just a short walk from the train station and only 25 minutes from central London.
