Purple Granite is looking for a confident, commercially minded Business Development Manager to be based in our Worcester showroom. This is a dual-role position combining face-to-face showroom sales with managing and growing relationships with kitchen companies.
You'll be the first point of contact for walk-in customers while also driving commercial sales, converting quotes into orders, and developing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the Worcester showroom and deal with walk-in customers.
Advise customers on stone worktops and convert enquiries into orders.
Manage and grow relationships with existing kitchen company partners.
Handle quotes, follow-ups, and CRM updates
Proactively develop new kitchen company accounts.
Support and attend client training sessions and events
Ideal Candidate
Confident, personable, and comfortable dealing with customers face-to-face.
Commercially driven with a strong desire to earn through performance.
Experience in sales, business development, or account management (kitchens/interiors ideal but not essential).
Proactive, organised, and confident following up quotes and opportunities.
Comfortable using CRM systems and managing a varied workload.
Full UK driving licence required

Salary & Earnings
27,500 basic + uncapped commission & performance bonuses
Realistic OTE: 60,000 - 75,000 for high performers
