The Opportunity:
We're seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This is a newly created role, offering a unique opportunity to shape it from the ground up and play a key part in building the business development function.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching and targeting potential clients in need of maintenance services, expanding our South East London base
Develop and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients, ensuring a clear understanding of their needs and delivering tailored solutions
Design and implement effective sales strategies that align with the company's growth objectives and drive business expansion
Track industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and fuel strategic growth
Present our packages and services to potential clients, highlighting the value and reliability of what we offer
Requirements:
Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within the maintenance, facilities management, or construction sectors
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence a variety of stakeholders
Strong negotiation and closing skills, focused on achieving mutually beneficial outcomes
Highly self-motivated with strong time management and organisational skills
Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
Desirable:
Experience within the maintenance or facilities management industry
