We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
Business Development Manager
to join our UK Sales Team and take ownership of the Birmingham and North West.

Your Mission
To achieve or exceed sales targets by promoting GC Aesthetics' products and services across your region, building strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Promote the full range of GC Aesthetics products to all accounts, with a focus on key targets.
Develop and implement strategic account plans to grow sales and gain market share.
Provide in-theatre product support and guidance to surgeons, identifying cross-sell opportunities.
Maintain regular contact with customers and ensure complete satisfaction.
Submit monthly sales reports and activity summaries to the UK Country Manager.
Keep detailed customer and account records updated in our CRM system (HubSpot).
Assist in completing tenders and bids to win or retain business.
Create journey plans to optimize customer visits and maximise sales impact.
Stay informed about NHS procedures, the competitive landscape, and market trends.
Attend relevant conferences and meetings to represent GC Aesthetics.
Manage consignment stock effectively within your territory.
Collaborate closely with the UK Sales Team and Country Manager.

Qualifications & Experience
Proven success in a sales role, ideally in medical devices or healthcare.
Deep understanding of market dynamics, clinical environments, and competitive positioning.
Strong commercial acumen and solution-focused mindset.
Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
Clean driving license and good knowledge of local hospitals and plastic surgeons.
Must live within the London & South East territory.
