, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through effective sales strategies and client relationship management. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and results-oriented professional with a proven track record in sales, business development, and client acquisition.

As a

Business Development Manager,

your responsibilities will include:

Managing your clients, setting up meetings, and taking calls to make sure they're using the software effectively - you'll learn plenty about the CRM software, the functionality that exists, and the different options available - it'll be up to you to apply these to help the customer achieve their goals. Developing relationships that promote loyalty and retention - ultimately reducing churn. Setting up systems for new clients - using your knowledge of the system you'll create bespoke setups for each of your clients to make sure the system works perfectly for them. Close sales contacts provided to you by the company and via leads generated by you. Meet with prospects and clients. Managing your accounts. Learn more about our services so you can train clients successfully and explain complex setups in simple terms. Liaising between the Support team and Customer Success - keeping on top of tasks for your customers to make sure things are completed properly and the customer is always in the loop. Problem-solving - thinking around problems and working out the best solution for your customer. Handling admin - compiling reports and chasing meetings. Looking for functionality that's missing and feeding back to the Development team.
The ideal candidate working as a

Client Relationship Manager

will display:

Demonstrate the correct attitude in line with the company's core values. Drive sales and business goals to meet and exceed targets. Attend daily/weekly Sales Meetings. Present accurate sales to the Sales Director on a weekly update form. Maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales and network with new clients. Liaise with other departments, including finance, enforcement, and operations, to ensure operations of new sites and to ensure budgets, margins, and profitability are achieved and to meet department goals.
