Taxpro are a specialist provider in Tax Rebates assisting our customers with processing and securing rebates directly from HRMC for all legitimate expenses.

As a BDM here at Taxpro you will be a customer focused candidate with service at the center of everything you do!

Working with your clients you will form working relationships and provide a flawless service and have a real get up and go attitude and be super resilient!

We have heavily invested in cutting edge technology at Taxpro meaning we are able to process claims directly to HMRC via our portal and really streamline and speed up the service for our customers!

Our BDM's are resilient and have a real focus on providing top notch customer service, and are hungry to hit targets and achieve greatness and that's all we need from you! the willingness and resilience to achieve great things!

This is a full time sales role in a modern city center environment and a very open and relaxed team where you will receive a great basic salary and 10% uncapped commission earnings

PLEASE NOTE - this is a full time OFFICE BASED position with NO HOME WORKING

Responsibilities



Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business objectives. Utilise Salesforce software to manage leads, track sales activities, and report on progress. Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable partnerships. Monitor industry developments and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain competitive advantage.

Requirements



Proven experience in business development or sales management, preferably within a relevant industry. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management. Proficiency in using Salesforce software for tracking and managing client interactions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to achieve results.

Pay: 25,000.00-28,000.00 per year
